Regular practice of art for a few minutes every day provides the benefits of meditation. I believe every art form is stress reliever, but we can’t perform easily at all places.
Learn these beautiful art forms with pen and paper to relieve stress and improve focus and concentration. You don’t need many expensive art supplies to do these arts. I teach art forms that can easily be done with pen and paper that are always readily available. You can sit on the sofa or kitchen table and create great art.
These workshops are specially designed for all age groups and non-artistic people to learn art quickly and can practice later easily.
No prior artistic skills are required!!
